This policy explains what personal information we collect through krush.it.com, our client login and our services, and how we use and protect it. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Our privacy contact is Clint Carleton, at hello@krush.it.com.

04Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run Krush It, and only as far as they need it to provide their service:
- Stripe for payments and billing.
- Supabase for the database that holds our intake and project records.
- Formbricks for intake forms.
- Resend for sending email.
- Cloudflare for domain name services, content delivery and security.
- Our own servers, which host client websites.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. In that case the new owner must honour this policy.
05Where your information is stored
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Your information may therefore be subject to the laws of those places, including laws that allow courts and authorities to access it. If you have questions about this, contact us using the details below.
06Cookies and analytics
Our marketing pages do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our client login and billing portal use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to protect your account. We may use privacy-focused analytics that count visits without following you across other websites.
07How long we keep it
- Enquiries and intake records: 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
- Client project files and site content: while your hosting is active, and for 30 days after you cancel, in line with our backup period.
- Invoices and financial records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, generally six years.
After that we delete the information or make it anonymous.
08How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, a secrets vault for credentials and nightly backups. No system is perfectly secure. If you think your information has been put at risk, tell us right away.
09Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information, subject to the records we must keep by law; and
- stop sending you marketing messages, or withdraw a consent you gave us.
